Convenient for events at Vineyard, bike trail, skiing, Northfield, Big Woods St Park, Red Wing, Mayo Clinic. Qn bed. Singles/families, business travelers welcome. The space includes finished basement level. Space includes bar/kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, toaster, pizza maker; large media space with smart TV, pool table, large bedroom suite with connected private bath with rainfall shower. Accommodates 2 persons in queen bed, plenty of space for kids with blow up mattress, small twin futon or sofa. We ask that you inform us in advance if you expect guests. There is an additional fee for guests over 2 persons. Additional guests should be discussed in advance. (until further notice, no additional guests that are not on the reservation will be allowed due to COVID.) Common entrance, but fully private lower level. Access from main floor to outdoor areas including screen porch and outdoor patio, gardens in season. You will be greeted upon arrival. You will be given a key for use during your stay. We ask that you lock the doors when you leave and return if we are not here or if you return late. It would be appreciated if you are in before 1:00 am on Friday and Saturday night stays; 12:00 midnight Sunday - Thursday. We do live in the home and would be available for questions. The best way to reach out is via text to our cell phones. We live in a wooded development of 1 acre lots. In the summer, the lot is very private. All paved roads, no gravel. We are close to the Grand Stay Hotel, Fern Dale Market, the Cannon Falls Mayo Hospital and a few miles outside of Cannon Falls. There is shuttle service to Rochester and MSP airport. Bike trail between Cannon Falls and Red Wing is very popular. We have a very friendly golden Retriever named Willie in case you enjoy companionship of the furry variety.
