Fully fuenished, queen size bed, shower with hot water, game room, living room with a fouton for one or two guests (one adult or two children), Roku TV 32’’ on the living room (no TV on the bed room), dining room, kitchen and balcony with hammock. It has WiFi, hair dryer, electric stove, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, clothes iron, among others. The apartment has a 60-gallon water cistern system, in case the aqueduct service is interrupted, there will still be water in the apartment. ** Sometimes if the water pressure decreases, the cistern activates automatically, making a sound, this is completely normal. Guest access Free reserved parking for one vehicle. If there is an additional vehicle, you can park it by blocking the first parked car in the provided parking space. Other things to note As a host, I must inform that if at any time the water, electricity or wifi service is interrupted, we are not responsible, since it is out of our control. It is appreciated that if any inconvenience occurs, the guest should notify as soon as possible to solve the situation shortly and make an agreement. This is not a beachfront property. Also, keep in mind that since Puerto Rico is a tropical island, there is always the possibility of seeing an insect due to the weather, however it is ensured that the property is fumigated by pest control. Please keep the bedroom door closed while the air conditioning is on and keep the air conditioning off when you are not in the apartment. It is important to keep in mind that this is a residential area, so it is to be expected to cross paths with residents of the apartment complex in common areas such as courtyards, the building entrance, and the parking area. You may also occasionally hear people in their respective residences. Finally, issues that are out of my control as a host is the appearance and maintenance of the surroundings of the complex, what I am responsible for is the maintenance of the interior of the apartment.
