Vacation home in the heart of Bad Bentheim

Our house is centrally located yet quiet. The individually decorated rooms make the stay special special. The house is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people. Dogs are welcome! The space Information about the current situation: In our house with its own garden you can feel as safe as at home during your holiday. They are the only guests, children or dogs can play safely in the fenced garden. The key to the house is handed over without contact via key safe. We use a virucidal surface disinfectant listed by the RKI for cleaning. Due to the regulations of the state of Lower Saxony, we may not be able to accept all booking requests and ask for your understanding. The "Villa Marion" is not a holiday apartment, but a detached house with its own garden. It has about 130m² of living space and was built around 1920 on a hill in the immediate vicinity of the city center. In 2013 it was lovingly renovated and furnished with a mixture of modern furniture and antiques. Each of the 10-12m² bedrooms has been individually designed, for example, one of the rooms has a four-poster bed. One room is on the ground floor and equipped with two single beds, the other three are on the first floor and each have a double bed. The kitchen on the ground floor has all the comforts, from the microwave to a gas stove with oven to the dishwasher. Dishes, cutlery and glasses as well as pots and pans are of course available in sufficient quantity. In the large living-dining room - also on the ground floor - there is a dining table where all people find space. In the cozy sitting area you can relax together or watch your favorite show on the large 40-inch flat-screen TV. You can host various European programs. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath and shower and is equipped with a washer-dryer. The separate toilet is also on the ground floor. In January 2016, we installed a second, smaller bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink on the 1st floor. The large garden, surrounded by a high hedge, invites you to relax, also from here you have a beautiful view. We provide you with various garden furniture and a Hollywood swing. Dogs are welcome, but must be mentioned when booking. The back yard is completely fenced, so your dogs can also run freely. You can park your car directly on the property. We live in the house next door, are available for questions or tips. We only rent the house completely, that is, whether the guests arrive alone, or in a group, there are no other guests at this time. Guest access The house is rented with all furniture and all equipment. Linens and towels are furnished. (Please know that the rate shown to you at the time of booking includes the following use of the bedrooms: 1-4 people= 2 bedrooms 5 persons= 3 bedrooms 6 people= 3 bedrooms from 7 people all 4 bedrooms The bedrooms you don't need will be locked. Each additional one of the four additional bedrooms you would like to use will be charged with a single room surcharge of 10 Euros per night per room. I ask for your understanding, otherwise it is not possible to arrange tiered prices, which make it possible to stay with, for example, four people cheaper than with 8 people) Other things to note Important: Bad Bentheim is a spa town and therefore guests have to pay tourist tax of 1.50 Euro per person per day (or 0.75 Euro for children), which is not included in the rental price and is charged separately on arrival!
