House is located in small istran village Dracevac, outside of Porec The space House is easy to access, has a secured private parking, large terrace where you can enjoy meals on the open with barbecue just in hand. House consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds. Also there is a sofa-bed (160 x 200cm when opened) on top floor that can be a bed for 2 persons. First floor and attic floor have air-condition. On ground floor you will find large fully equipped kitchen and dining area on one side of the house and on the other living room area with fireplace and tv, conservatory, bathroom with shower and one bedroom with double bed. First floor consists of 2 bedroom and bathroom with bath tub. On second floor is attic with living room are and sofa bed that can be turned into double bed for 2 persons basically can be used as one large bedroom if there is 8 people in total. Guest access Whole house is for the guests, all what is listed. Other things to note Security deposit 250 EUR to be paid on arrival in cash. It is returned at departure if no damages.
