This clean and modern 3-Bed Semi in the heart of Pelsall's Urban Village is in a quiet residential street just a few minutes walk from all the village shops, amenities and its many village greens. This is a perfect location for a quiet break, a family holiday or active vacation; situated as it is on the boundary between the West Midlands conurbation with all its facilities and attractions, and the beautiful countryside of Staffordshire and Derbyshire close by. The space This property would be ideal for a couple or small family. It’s also suitable for up to 3 adults/working colleagues. The house has a modern minimal feel with a retro twist. All the kitchen appliances are immaculate and include washing machine and tumble dryer, should they be needed. Cleaning materials are provided, including a mop and vacuum. There's also an iron, ironing board and indoor and outdoor clothes airers. The side/main entrance doubles as the utility room with ample storage and there is also a large secure rear shed to store bicycles or large items. The rear garden is a sun trap with decking, patio furniture, and a portable charcoal barbecue on request, just let me know. NEW: I take my feedback very seriously, so new updates include WiFi, full blackout blinds/curtains for all bedrooms and lots of new bedding and towels, oven glove, plug in shaver adapter as there is no shaver socket in the bathroom, a new draining board dryer, more hangers. I endeavour to constantly improve what’s on offer so please let me know if I need to include anything new. IMPORTANT NOTES: The shower room is on the ground floor There is one smart TV connected to the WiFi and a CD player/radio. There are lots of games and puzzles for children and adults. A basket of wood and kindling, firefighters and lighter can be provided for just £10 if you fancy a real fire in the evening, just let me know. Guest access You have the whole of this property yours exclusively inlcuding the front drive and rear garden. Once checked in you have your own key and the freedom to come and go as you please throughout your stay. Please note, the wc/shower room is on the ground floor, the bedrooms are on the first floor. Other things to note Please note the shower room/wc is on the ground floor. Well behaved pets are welcome for a small charge, just book in your pet/s through Airbnb.
