Full bath with soap, shampoo and conditioner, plus additional 1/2 bath on main floor. I even supply toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forget yours. Full use of completely stocked kitchen, fridge and pantry space, 3 family rooms, 2 with 50" TV's, 1 with wood burning fireplace, and other with 55” TV and surround sound stereo. Guests have access to a full and half bath used only for guests, 3 separate family rooms, the kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker stocked with multiple kinds of coffee. There are walking paths in the addition and trail heads that run all over the city very close. It is also only a mile to many stores and restaurants. Located 1 mile from Lutheran Hospital with easy access to Hwy 69, 14, and 24. Parkview North, Parkview Randalia, Parkview Huntington, Dupont and St Joe Hospitals are all only about 15 – 20 minutes away. The best way to get around here if you do not have a vehicle would be Uber or Lyft There are also many walking and biking paths in the area Each room has its own keyed lock. The front door has a keypad lock, so you can come and go whenever you wish.
