Situated among vineyards in Otočec in the Dolenjska (Lower Carniola) region, Vineyard cottage Podržaj is perfectly located for hikers, bikers, golfers and also those who are searching for peaceful retreat. The property is close to Smarjeske Toplice Spa, tennis courts, Otočec golf course and Novo mesto. The space Cottage is presented on 2 floors with a total size of 70m2 and can accommodate 4 people. The downstairs rooms have a retro brick kitchen with a dining area, a mini bathroom with toilet, washing machine and sink. Of course, there is also a wine cellar that offers wine tasting, homemade brandy . . . A staircase then takes you to the top floor, where there is a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a seating area. The outside of the cottage is decorated with the scent of lavender and rosemary, and there is a lot of vines. You can rest on the sun loungers in front of the cottage, which offer a beautiful view of Trška Gora. There is an outdoor barbecue, a shaded table in the sun and a mini herb garden for those who like to cook. We also cater for the little ones, with a swing in the middle of the vineyard. Guest access The entire accommodation is for guests. Other things to note Free WiFi is available in the property. Air conditioning (cooling/heating) is available for your comfort. There is also electric underfloor heating and a wood-burning masonry stove for heating. We can organise E-bike rental by prior arrangement. Possibility of delivery to the vineyard cottage.
