A delightful 2 bedroom cottage situated next door to Salvington windmill with parking for 1 car, picket fence garden and glorious views of the working Salvington windmill in the grounds next door. Set on 2 floors, tastefully furnished throughout with 2 ensuite bathrooms. Windmill Cottage is bright and spacious and the the perfect base location to relax and enjoy the beautiful south coast and the South Downs! The space Privacy in a beautiful and quiet location. Windmill Cottage boasts spectacular views of the working High Salvington Windmill which is open to the public every 1st and 3rd Sunday each month. With 2 double bedrooms , 2 en-suites, fully fitted kitchen and separate lounge/dining room and pet friendly this is the perfect holiday retreat. Please note we only accept 1 pet. Central heating and WIFI. We are located within easy reach of the A24 and the A27 making ours the perfect place to be based. Guest access Windmill Cottage has a front door and kitchen front door for access. The key safe is situated to the right side of the cottage. Other things to note We do ask all guests for a £200 fully refundable damage deposit prior to arrival. We provide information regarding this transfer payment closer to your arrival date. We provide a key safe so your arrival time can be flexible and we will confirm the code on the morning of your arrival date. We accept 1 pet and ask you to kindly inform us of this on the booking request.
