The Old Stables

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night. The space Due to our rural location you will need your own transport to get around. Unfortunately we don't have a pub or local shop in walking distance, the nearest shop is 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 3½ miles. Guest access The holiday cottages along with the farm house are situated down a long quiet drive and are nestled peacefully within 60 acres of grassland and horse grazing to walk round and we are surrounded by local footpaths to explore the countryside a bit further. Provided in the accommodation is a map. Other things to note Please let us know if you are bringing your canine pal with you by booking them in as a pet guest. We will then send you a request for the £5 for each pet per night surcharge. Please note that Dogs are not allowed in the beds with you - you may not mind the hairs on the pillows but the next guests staying may do!! Please bring your dogs own bed and a large blanket if they are used to getting on the sofa with you.
