The villa has a wooded and maintained garden, heated pool, deckchairs, barbecue area, swing, terrace and pool house. We also provide games for children, children's dishes... For the night side you will have 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 – 160 bed with its private shower room and toilet, built-in closet and access to the pool-side terrace. Bedroom 2 - 160 bed with built-in closet. Bedroom 3 - ideal for children with 2 beds of 90, built-in closet, library and games... There is a large family bathroom with bathtub and double sinks, as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room that overlook a large terrace. In the kitchen there are all the modern comforts for a pleasant stay, a Nespresso machine, microwave oven, cold main oven, toaster, American fridge with fresh water dispenser. In the living room you will have Wi-Fi and CANALSAT. In the cellar you will also find a washing machine, ironing board and iron, etc. On request we will provide you with free childcare equipment (cot, high chair, bouncer, playpen) This is one of our residential villas and not a completely uncluttered secondary residence of personal belongings and which has the advantage of having everything you need on site for a pleasant stay. We live in the apartment above, the 2 spaces are independent but you can always come and ask us anything ;-). Parking is closed by an electric gate and has 2 spaces allocated to vacationers. The neighborhood is quiet, we ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. No pets allowed as we already have an adorable and very nice dog but one is enough ;-) Towels, bedding provided. We no longer charge cleaning fees, but a cleaning deposit check of €150 will be requested upon arrival and returned only if the cleaning is properly done or cashed if you do not wish to do so. Guest access Head towards Calenzana, at the 3rd roundabout turn onto the road to Saint Antoine la Villa, it will be about 600 m. Pass the 2 speed bumps and at 100 m turn left. It's best to call us because GPS won't help you, unfortunately. Other things to note The villa consists of 2 independent accommodations: on the ground floor, a large 120 m2 south-facing house for vacationers with a private pool, terrace... and an upstairs apartment with its terrace, private garden on the north side (for us). The 2 accommodations are independent properties, but I remain at your disposal if necessary. The pool will be heated from May 15 to July 1 and from September 1 to October 15, with a minimum outdoor temperature of 20°.
