Warm, comfortable new home

This is my lovely home which I enjoy sharing with guests. I have a Ragdoll cat so if you’re happy with a cat then you’ll love him It’s a quiet area and it’s accessible to so many great places. Yorkshire Sculpture park is 3 miles away Junctions 38 and 39 M1 are a 10 minute drive away. Holmfirth is 8 miles away The space The house has 4 bedrooms and I rent the second largest room with a king sized bed. There’s sole use of the bathroom I’m happy for guests .,at my discretion, to use the lounge as there’s a TV with Sky and Netflix There’s a parking space on my drive too Guest access Bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen to make drinks and heat food if needed During your stay I give guests my telephone number if they need me
