One bedroom features a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and there are two sofa sleepers in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, plates and eating utensils along with a refrigerator, microwave oven, gas range. The Solar Heated pool includes a large swim up bar, an outdoor bath/shower located next to the BBQ pit. Electrical power for the house is provided by solar panels mounted on the roof. On-site parking is available in the home’s driveway. The area offers a wide variety of eateries, shops and nightlife. The famous Art and Beer Restaurant is only 2 blocks away. Many more restaurants and cantinas can be found just a few minutes to the north. Cabo San Lucas is about a 45-minute drive south for some rousing nightlife and the charming town of Todos Santos is about a 15-minute drive north. Here you’ll find art galleries, numerous shops and great restaurants. Enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail on the huge pergola-type patio.
