The Garden Room (just off J27 M1)

Small well equipped space for one guest ideal for short stays.. Not suitable for Children or animals. Private access. Living area. Ensuit shower room. Small double sized sofabed, TV, DVD, kettle. Fresh bedding & towels. On street parking. Quiet residential area, local shops & train station. Kings Mill Hospital, Sherwood Business Park, Coxmoor and Hollinwell golf clubs, Newstead Abbey nearby. The space Private fully furnished & equipped ensuite room which overlooks the garden. The sofa pulls out into a small double size bed, ideal for one guest. The bed is made up for guest arrival. There's a lovely big shower cubicle. The Garden Room is a small, compact but well equipped area which comfortably accommodates one person. It is private where you can have peace and quiet without being disturbed. Guest access Guests have privacy in the garden room and can use the outside patio area, garden and summer house to relax. The Garden room is located at the back of the house; down the driveway between the two houses and through the wrought iron gates. There's a keysafe box on the wall outside the Garden room door. Each guest will be given a personal access code to obtain the key and let themselves in. Guests can park directly outside my house. There are parking places on the street alongside the long walls on either side of the street. Please don't park outside my neighbours house as they do use their own parking space, so if there is no free parking space directly outside my house, there is always plenty of space on the street just slightly further down on both sides along the walled areas. Other things to note Check-in is 2pm onwards. Check-out is 11am. I'm flexible with check-out if no same day incoming guests are due. If other guests are due the same day then check out has to be 11am to allow time for cleaning etc.. Please contact me if you do require later check out. Guests are free to come, go and stay in the room as they please during their reservation dates. Guests must ask in advance if they want any visitors, and any visitors of the guest must leave the premises by 10pm latest. ID of the visitor may be requested if I give permission for the visitor.
