From your apartment you can walk directly to the cozy village center of Hindeloopen. You can not park on the Eekhof, but about 150 meters away. Hindeloopen is a beautiful little harbor town, known for its costume its painters and as one of the places of the Eleven Cities Tour. Here you can walk on the dike, go for bike rides or take a trip to one of the surrounding villages and towns like Sneek. There are also many guests who enjoy water sports like windsurfing or kite surfing. There is also the possibility to go kayaking along the dike and the beaches.
