Welcome to our deceptively spacious detached house in the conservation area of St Albans City centre. Comfortably accommodates 4 guests with kitchen, bathroom and free on street parking for 1 car. Adjacent to Fern Cottage dating from 1850. 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, park and shops, pubs and restaurants ! A 10 minute stroll to St Albans City mainline can whisk you to London St Pancras International in 18 minutes. Happy to recommend where to go based on 20 years living in St Albans ! The space The accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travellers and families with children. The bedroom is in the eaves, whilst it’s spacious it may be restrictive for tall guests. Guest access The property is completely self contained with its own front entrance, and a back door into a small but sunny garden. Other things to note Please note we have free on street parking for one car. If you require a second vehicle please enquire in advance, we may be able to help. Unfortunately we do not have facilities to charge electric vehicles.
