The 3 bedroom apartment, was lovingly renovated at the beginning of the year. A beautiful new kitchen, where you can sit comfortably and cook, has been installed. An apartment to feel good and switch off! At the gates of Baden-Baden, your feel-good home is located in one of the most beautiful and warmest regions in Germany. Surrounded by vineyards, nestled between Black Forest heights and the phenomenal view over the Rhine plain to France. The space The large bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a large closet. There is also an extra bed/rollaway bed that can be placed in one of the rooms. The second, slightly smaller bedroom has two new single beds (90 x 200) that can be joined to create a double. Kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher and cooking utensils are great for cooking delicious dishes. A microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and kettle are also provided. In the living room, there is a cozy seating area that can be converted into a large double bed. A balcony overlooking the beautiful park invites you to sit together comfortably. In our small park right by the house, there are swings and a teeter totter for the kids. You can also play table tennis there. For families with small children, we provide a travel crib with bed linen (blanket & pillow), highchair, toys and books. If the weather is inclement, you can play PlayStation or visit the thermal baths in the city center. The apartment is 90 square meters in total and is located in the Rebland area of Baden-Baden, making it an ideal base for exploring the city and the surrounding area. 2nd floor, stairs only, no elevator. Free parking right by the house. Guest access The apartment is located in a 2-family house on the 2nd floor and is accessible via the main entrance.
