The apartment, for 1 or 2 people, is located in the center of Playa Samara, 200 meters from the beach in a very quiet area (perfect for nights) and close to practically everything (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, police, banks, tour offices, etc). You will enjoy a family atmosphere characterized by good attention and prompt help with whatever is needed. Housekeeping is provided once a week. Laundry service is not available. The space Casa Balto Apartment is a fully equipped room (without air conditioning), located on a second floor, very comfortable, surrounded by gardens and trees, which are shared with other rooms. You will feel the tranquility of being in a place close to all the attractions that Playa Samara offers but at the same time quiet at night. We offer a family atmosphere, serious, responsible and trying as much as possible to make the guest's stay with us as enjoyable as possible. Guest access The services we offer are 24-hour Wi-Fi (only if there are external problems), information and help to find out about tours or services in Samara. For stays over one week, I offer room cleaning every 4 days plus clean sheets and towels. Other things to note For those smoking guests, smoking is allowed outside the room, NEVER INSIDE. NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. Pets are not allowed. Only the number of people on the reservation is allowed to stay. Otherwise, you will have to pay an amount for the extra people's days and if it persists, you could even cancel the reservation without a refund. Also, loud noise (meeting of friends, party, music or TV with high volume) is not allowed after 8pm
