2 rooms available in contemporary house

Our beautiful house is in a small village with great restaurants, cafes, farm shops etc very nearby. Walks from the doorstep. Good public transport links. 2 rooms available (price is per room based on up to 2 guests per room). We welcome couples, individuals, and families. Travel cot & high chair available. Free simple, healthy breakfast available on request. Cafes nearby for cooked breakfast if wanted. The space Our modern detached house is just 13 years old and we love it here! 2 bedrooms available - 1 king and 1 twin room - on the 2nd floor with access to a private (guests only) bathroom, with bath and shower. Wi-fi and internet enabled TVs in each bedroom. From the doorstep, there are walks into the woods, hills and valleys; accessing the gorgeous local countryside could not be easier. Parking for 2 guest cars on the drive. We occasionally have my daughter's dog with us - a friendly Cocker Spaniel. She loves visitors as much as we do. Guest access Our living space is on the first floor, bedrooms on second floor. Coffee & tea facilities in the room. We also have a 2nd lounge on the ground floor that can be used by guests for relaxing if required. Guests won't have cooking facilities but as mentioned there are plenty of nice places to eat nearby. During your stay John will be around when you stay. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance and even more if you want to drive a short distance - we recommend pre-booking, particularly Fri/Sat. There are excellent pubs nearby doing food + restaurants: Spanish tapas/wine bar; Italian; Indian; Chinese; Lebanese. We're happy to advise about the local area. A simple complimentary continental breakfast is available on request (please let us know in advance if required) but a cooked breakfast is available nearby. Other things to note We occasionally have our daughter's well-behaved dog - Tasha (cocker spaniel). She's very friendly but will go away if you ask her! We're in a very quiet location, but access to amenities is easy - best of all worlds.
