Hello. The cottage is a short distance from the village of Markvarec, near Nová Cerekva in the Vysočina region. There is only one cottage in the area, rarely occupied. There's a bad driveway to the cottage, 3 km across the meadow. In return, you will find magical nature and a place where you can really relax. The cottage includes a large plot for various sports, the possibility of mushroom picking. Large outdoor pool with solar heating. Fire pit by the stream where you can grill. The cottage has no impassable rooms and the bathroom is in the basement.
