Located a stone's throw from Rocamadour, La Pinay is a charming little house on three floors offering a unique stay in the Dordogne Valley. Ideal for a romantic vacation rental, it has a private jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the valley and a bedroom combining rustic charm and modern equipment. Perfect for moments of relaxation and discovery. The space * MINIMUM OF 2 NIGHTS during winter or when the temperature drops (heating of a 3-story stone house). ** 1 night possible if it falls before or after nother reservation. *** MINIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS from July 25 to end of August, arrivals et departures on Saturday. The house has 3 floors (with low ceilings and steep staircases) equipped with wi-fi and convertible heating and air conditioning and a fireplace. At the basement is the dining area, small shower room with the toilet and kitchen equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, electric stove with oven and a complete set of kitchenware and dinnerware. Basic breakfast and cooking items are provided. At the 1st floor is the living room where there is a fireplace (wood is provided), smart television with satellite channels, bluetooth speaker, working desk, toys and a selection of French and English books for adults and children. At the top floor is the bedroom which sleeps 3 persons. There is a queen size bed (160x190) and a single bed (90x190). The beds have a mattress topper with goose feather and 5-star hotel quality bed linens. The bedroom can be divided with a curtain. There is a small dresser with a hairdryer. Outdoor is a semi-fenced private garden with sunbeds and a dining terrace with a barbecue. The heated jacuzzi is for the guests' private use and is available all year round. Access has a supplement charge (to be settled upon check-in) of : 30€ - Stay of 1 to 2 nights 40€ - Stay of 3 nights 50€ - Stay of 4 to 6 nights 55€ - Stay of 7 nights Rate to be advised for stays of 8 nights and more Swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-September) access is at our nearby hotel "Le Pont de l’Ouysse" at no extra cost. The hotel is 500 meters away only. Guest access The house is totally independent and has its own entrance. Third person of 2 years and older will be charged a supplement of 30 Euros per night. - The rate is per night inclusive of bed linens and towels (except swimming pool towels). The heated jacuzzi is for the guests' private use and is available all year round.
