Accommodation in a very quiet area but you are very close to all the attractions of the area, from the Cinque Terre to Viareggio. If you want to go to the beach on foot in flip-flops, it's not good... but if you want to have a dynamic vacation and see the beaches and attractions of the area and enjoy the moments of relaxation at the house, it's OK! The space It's exactly as you see it in the photos. Everything is in its place. Guest access Very enjoyable house: you arrive and you have your private parking reserved one meter from the entrance. You have your own private and reserved outdoor space where you can have lunch and breakfast in the morning. If you have an electric car, you have your own wallbox. You have a small barbecue to make yourself a grilled steak. If you need anything, call me and I'll bring it to you. I live next door. There are many things to see in this area, all within a maximum of 20/25 minutes by car from the house. Every day you can visit a completely different beach and attractions of any kind or nature. If you love bicycles, you can bring them: from this house you can reach the beaches of Marinella Di Sarzana, Marina di Carrara and Fiumaretta easily in about 15/20 minutes along dirt roads and country roads without danger (only 500 meters of road but nothing to worry about). And anyway, there are bike paths all over Versilia, 20 minutes by car from the house.
