Cozy Renovated Private Room & En Suite Bathroom!

Welcome to my cozy home. My place is perfect for the solo traveler or pair who would enjoy their own private bathroom, closet, and comfy double bed (full). The space is on the first floor with yours truly in the upstairs unit. Short-term and long-term stays welcome. It's designed with ease of access and Wi-Fi for those who would like to stay connected. The space My duplex was designed by an architect who has worked primarily with small homes to make them flow and have the most efficient use of space. With that in mind the space is a designer success which allows optimal privacy for guests while enjoying all of the amenities of a home. We are fairly close to an intersection with an occasional honk or big truck that passes. So, if you are a light sleeper, remember to pack your ear plugs. I am an extremely light sleeper, and I don’t have a problem with the environmental noises once I get those ear plugs in. I have parking for two compact cars in the back based on availability. If you are bringing a car, check with me to see if space is available. If not, free street parking is available on my block. During your stay Considering I live upstairs I am just a knock or text away. I often work from home and can be most readily accessible by text during the day.
