Beautiful Cottage, 4mins Soho Farmhouse

Brook Cottage is a three-bedroom cottage set in the small village of Sandford St Martin near Soho Farmhouse. Built in the 1700s, it has been newly renovated to a high standard. It can sleep up to eight guests. It is a 10 minute drive from Chipping Norton and close to many of the prettiest Cotswolds villages such as Charlbury, Kingham and Bledington. It is a short drive to Blenheim Palace and shopping at Bicester Village. The space A beautiful detached cottage in a quiet Cotswold village near Soho Farmhouse. At the end of our garden is a brook and it is wonderfully peaceful at night. There are two large bedrooms with new superking size beds, one with ensuite. The third bedroom is a bunk bed room. The bathrooms both have roll top baths and power showers. There are two wood burning stoves and we have lots of wood in the woodstore for guest use. The garden is perfect for young children. Guest access Guests have full use of the cottage and there is car parking outside the garden gate on a very quiet lane. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Parties or loud music etc… are strictly not allowed. Sandford St Martin is a wonderfully quiet place to relax and enjoy the idyllic English countryside. Brook cottage is not the place for a party and this rule is taken very seriously. We have Nest central heating which will sense when you are in the Cottage and adjust the temperature. We have lots of phone charger sockets. Wood for the fires is in the woodstore. Please leave muddy wellies in the porch.
