Only, 5 Minute drive will lead us to the refined small beach town of Moraira, which has grown in interest in the last years and has become one The space We fit 3 cars in the drive of Villa Mabruka, which leads directly to the terrace, a spacious and comfortable area with a private swimming pool, sun beds an outdoor dining area and a nice summer garden with a built-in BBQ and a relaxing area. Mabruka is a two-storey holiday home connected by external stairs. From the drive as from the pool area, we reach the upper level with large windows overlooking the pool terrace, leading into an open living/dining room with Sat+TV+A/C and a fully equipped kitchen leading towards 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both with A/C units, together with a shower room. Downstairs, by the pool level, we enter into a small apartment with 1 twin bedroom with A/C and another shower room. Other things to note - NO CLEANING FEE!!! Health & Safety Safety features - Shared stationery (e.g. printed menus, magazines, pens, paper) removed - Hand sanitizer in guest accommodation and common areas - Access to healthcare professionals Physical distancing - Contactless check-in/out - Cashless payment available - Physical distancing rules followed - Screens or physical barriers between staff and guests in appropriate areas Cleanliness & disinfection - Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against coronavirus - Linens, towels, and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines - Guest accommodation disinfected between stays - Guests have the option to cancel any cleaning services for their accommodation during their stay - Hand sanitizer We require a minimum stay of 5 days. Please ensure that all the garbage is taken to the large containers along the main roads on a daily basis. If garbage is left behind on departure the agency may charge for its removal.
