The Cottage is part of Bracon Hall Estate. A 400 acre farm south of the Cathedral City Norwich. The 2 bed cottage was completely renovated in the summer of 2020 and provides luxury accommodation in a unique, quiet and historic setting. It is over a private courtyard from the main hall. Here you can be surrounded by nature and wildlife and escape any stresses and strains of busy lives. There are extensive walks and bike rides on our door step as well as a great selection of local cuisine. The space The cottage is set up to cater to your every need. There is a spacious kitchen that leads onto a generous conservatory and private garden. A wrap around patio and comfortable seating area provide a picturesque spot to enjoy a G & T whilst looking out onto the extensive woodland and Grade 2 listed walled garden. The luxury sitting room has a wood burner and the most comfortable velvet sofa you have ever sat on! In the downstairs bathroom you can kick back and soak away the day in the roll top bath. The hand made Spanish Terrazzo tiles providing an elegant backdrop. Upstairs there are two lovely bedrooms, each with bespoke oversized headboards and luxury linen. They have uninterrupted views of the walled garden and the grounds. Both beds are kingsize but one can be divided into two small singles upon request. Please note we only accept one dog. The dog must be kept in the kitchen, conservatory and garden. Not in the sitting room or upstairs. Guest access You will have your own private fenced garden that’s safe for dogs. Private parking for two cars. Walks are available out of the back of the property. We ask that guests to do not walk across the front of the main hall and into the fields beyond as this is our private space. Other things to note Please note that the cottage is a renovated section of the outbuildings of the main hall and is situated across two enclosed courtyards from the main Hall. It is very private but is part of the greater estate. One of the beauties of living on the farm is that we are totally surrounded by farm land and have complete privacy. There are free range chickens, you may also see dear in your garden as well as lots of birds. You may also get a few bugs and flies in the hottest months....
