The space This home is for private use, and is quiet and spacious, yet cozy and comfortable. It was custom built for the owners and is detailed with handcrafted pine throughtout, and lovely decor and appointments. There is a private apt underneath with separate entrance. The tenant there is completely separate but both work locally so have much information about the amenities there and the area. The kitchen has a brand new range/oven and dishwasher, and is stocked with every type of cook ware and beautiful Pffaltzgraff dishware. Radiant heat throughout and a gas fireplace keeps house warm and toasty! Master suite has king bed, views, private bath w/double sinks and walk in closet. Bunk room can sleep up to 4 and has a jack and jill bath with private shower area and separate toilet area. Third bedroom enters jack and jill bath privately, and has a queen with down feather comforter and huge walk in closet. There is a heated 2 car garage, one parking spot outside as well, and a private deck for viewing wildlife, sipping wine while watching the sunset or hot tubbing. Trails are close by for hiking, mountain biking for miles through Rendezvous and cross country skiing. Wildlife on property include a resident fox. Moose, elk and bear frequent the area based on the season. Guest access Guests have access to the property, trails one block up the road, private hot tub, skiing, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, wildlife viewing, summer theater and new city recreation center (for a fee). It is amazingly convenient to all the outdoor and fun activities, yet you feel like you are in a quiet, private escape vacation! Other things to note Restaurants nearby offer all types of delicious fare. Devil's Thumb Ranch, with 5 star dining, is 10-15 minutes away! Freshly made fish tacos in town are made to order in front of you and are the best traditional tacos ever! Great homemade Italian and pizza at Hernandos which is the most popular restaurant in town. Trails for hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing are just down the road (just ask us where!). The new Recreation center with pools, classes and excercise rooms is 5-10 minutes away.
