The large living area has an open-plan kitchenette and is equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee machine and a microwave. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and a desk. In the bathroom there is a modern shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. Large, fenced communal garden with plants and trees and a swing for children. Covered car park and storage room for bicycles. La Casa Rossa is located near Lake Garda and the lake shore, in the centre of the picturesque hinterland. The proximity to the lake and the mountains makes the house a popular holiday destination, whose furnishings have been taken care of down to the smallest detail. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend a peaceful holiday near the lake. Pets are not allowed. Very favourable location, just 3 km from Garda and the lake. The famous amusement parks such as Gardaland, Canevaworld, Natura Viva Zoo and Movieland can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. Check-in from 15.00 to 19.00. Check-out at 10.00 in the morning. Obligatory taxes not included (to be paid in cash on arrival): - Tourist tax depending on the municipality, per person and per night (from 14 years). - Late check-in: after 7pm € 30,00 / after 10pm € 50,00 will be charged.
