Dewhurst Cottage

Cosy country cottage perfectly located for touring all over Kent and Sussex, 10 minute walk to Wadhurst station with its excellent service into London approx. 50 minutes. Only 4 mile drive into Royal Tunbridge Wells where you can enjoy the historic Pantiles with its mix of great shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby attractions such as Bewl Water, Scotney Castle and Bedgebury Pinetum can be enjoyed, as well as the many lovely old country pubs close by. The space Dewhurst Cottage is a cosy cottage set in a rural location but with excellent transport links Tunbridge Wells is close by access to the High Weald with it s great walking and near to coastal areas such as Rye and Eastbourne The cottage is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay their is a useful downstairs cloakroom access to a small courtyard garden with a communal garden beyond which you are free to enjoy i have lovely neighbours who will make you very welcome parking is not an issue as the cottage has access to communal parking area to the rear of the property excellent wifi access too Guest access Please note that the cottage now has a designated parking space in front of no 3 garage in the lower car park . However the cottage is no 2 second one in from the far end . Further parking is available in the top car park for visitors or those with two vehicles where the p for parking sign is . Due deference should be shown to my neighbours particularly around Christmas time . Should you not have a vehicle there are excellent links via the bustop opposite and Wadhurst station some 10 minutes walk away . However caution should be taken as their is not pavement all the way due to the rural location . Other things to note The cottage is located close to the railway line so there is some train noise however not intrusive.Please note that the second bedroom houses a small double bed 4 ft wide the main bedroom houses a standard 4 ft 6 double bed. Dewhurst Cottage is a traditional two storey terrace house .
