Charming flat in quiet surroundings

A charming small flat in quiet and peaceful surroundings in Holmenkollen. The view over Oslo and Bærum is breathtaking! The flat is connected to my house, but has its own entrance. You will also find a beautiful bathroom with separate tub and shower. The space The flat/apartment is part of my old charming timber house from 1918. The flat itself is part of an addition made only ten years ago. However, we did our best to make the addition fit the original style. The wooden beams in the ceiling are actually trees from our area and the rounded wall makes a cozy atmosphere. Since the flat is newly built it also reflects high standards on bathroom and features like heating in all floors. The flat has a separate entrance and should have everything you need for a great stay including a lovely bathroom and possibilities to cook. It is not a fully equipped kitchen, but it has a small refrigerator, a small oven with two cooking tops along with a coffee maker and a tea kettle. It will be pots, pans and basic kitchen stuff available. If something is missing that you need, I will do my best to accommodate your request. Be aware that the only place with a sink and water will be in the bathroom. In Norway we have great healthy and lovely tasting water, and you can drink the water from the sink no problem. Downstairs it is a double bed that can fit two people. Upon request two people can stay upstairs (at the loft) on two separate mattresses. A child bed is also available if necessary. However, please be careful up and down the stairs since it is no railing up the stairs or at the loft. Guest access Feel free to use the garden to enjoy the spectacular view as much as you want. It is lovely to hike and go for a short or longer stroll from the house to the woods or just in the neighborhood. Other things to note A child bed is available upon request. It is very child friendly in the room itself and in the outdoor surrounding, however the stairs in the room could be dangerous for a small child and supervision is necessary.
