The villa is located just a few steps from the sandy beach of Asimaki baech, 5 min. drive to the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion, 35min. drive from Athens airport and 60 min. from the center of Athens and the Acropolis. The space New 130 sqm villa for a comfortable stay for 8 people with a delightful panoramic sea view just a few steps from the sandy beach Asimaki in the Sounion resort in Attica. The nearest beach, Asimaki baech, is sandy and not deep, ideal for families with children of all ages. Also at a distance of 100-300m. from the house there are several more beautiful coves with sandy beaches for secluded swimming. The villa consists of a huge living room with seating area with comfortable sofas and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a large front veranda with a dining table for romantic dinners overlooking the sea and the surrounding islands. Also on the ground floor there is a guest toilet and a kitchen balcony. The second floor of the villa consists of three bedrooms, a large front veranda overlooking the sea with sun loungers and a table for morning coffee. Also on the second floor there is a balcony of the third bedroom overlooking the green mountain landscape and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. In front of the villa there is a lawned patio and parking for two cars. Guest access The villa is modernly comfortably furnished and equipped with all necessary household appliances: 4 air conditioners (in each bedroom and in the living room), 2 TVs, very good WI-FI, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito net on all windows and balcony doors, constantly hot water, washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, four folding chairs and an umbrella for the beach, bed linen and bath and beach towels. A baby cot and baby chair can be delivered on request. Also a fully equipped kitchen, electric stove with oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, French coffee maker and NESPRESSO coffee maker, multi mixer, juicer, dishes and kitchen utensils. For a comfortable sleep of our guests there are one large double bed in two bedrooms and two single beds in the third bedroom. There are also two sofas in the living room. You don’t have to unfold the sofa if one of you wants to sleep on the sofa in the living room. The sofa seat has a standard size of a single bed, 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. Once you remove the back cushions, you will have a comfortable single bed. Also, from under one of the sofas, another single bed pulls out and rises to the level of the sofa. Thus, there are three comfortable single beds in the living room. Other things to note Access to the beach along the path directly from the veranda of the villa. There is no road between the villa and the beach, the house is located on the very seashore. Our places are a combination of turquoise sea and green mountain landscape, peace and quiet. For shopping and evening walks there is a bakery - mini market and several restaurants just 250m. from the house . Also for shopping and entertainment we recommend the port town of Lavrio 5 km. from the complex. In Lavrio you can find large supermarkets, Jambo Children's World, butchers, bakery and vegetable and fish shops, pharmacies, telephone shops, a rural market on Thursdays. And for an evening walk, there are many traditional taverns with seafood, cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars, etc. You can also arrange a ferry trip to the nearby islands of Kea and Kythnos from the port of Lavrio.
