Cottage in St. Simons

Great for a couples getaway. Located on a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Recently purchased and renovated with many new furnishings, floors, and appliances in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full service Xfinity and Netflix along with free internet. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise. Other things to note We are a pet friendly condo, we do charge a $75 pet fee , This will be collected in form of special offer or at time of arrival. All pets must be pre-approved.
