If you're looking for a beautiful, secluded spot for your holidays, our stone house is just perfect for you! Originally built as a family summer holiday house, it offers a cozy, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. You will find a large living room with an open kitchen and fireplace, a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom (twin beds), and an additional bathroom. It is guaranteed that you'll enjoy uninterrupted, breathtaking views! The space The stone house is at the edge of the Frati village, on top of a mountain. To reach the house, you need to drive down a narrow road for the last 200 meters. Once you reach your destination, you will find a dedicated parking space. Terraces surround the three sides of the stone house, offering great views of wild nature. During the day, you might see eagles flying, and at night, you can use the lounge chairs to watch for falling stars and the milky way. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a barbecue can easily be arranged if you feel like staying home. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with all the kitchen equipment. We love having breakfast on the terrace with locally fresh eggs and bread from the supermarket in the nearby village of Myxorouma. Everything will be ready at your arrival; you will just need to turn the key waiting for you on the door. When you arrive , should you need anything, our caretakers, Stelios and Penelope will help you. Their house/place is only 50 meters away, to the right as you exit the stone house. If needed, feel free to use the washing machine in the storage room. Just walk down next to the parking area, and you'll see a large green glass door. Your feedback can help us improve. The house is wheelchair accessible, with only a 2 cm step between the West and South terraces. Walking down next to the parking area leads to another autonomous apartment, which is also available for rent. Please respect the privacy of its residents and avoid interrupting them unless you have booked the entire property. Other things to note The house does not have air conditioning. The mountains and nearby gorges provide plenty of fresh, cool air. In case of a heat wave, fans are available to help keep you comfortable. Please note that while the internet speed has greatly improved over the years, occasional interruptions may still occur. If this happens, please let us know, and we will contact the internet provider.
