Our villa is fantastically located in the green and extremely quiet Terhofstede, a small hamlet of Retranchement, 2 km from the nature reserve Het Zwin, 5 km from the beach of Cadzand-bad and the picturesque Sluis and 8 km from the fashionable Knokke. Our large garden (about 600 m²) is completely south-facing. From sunrise to sunset, you can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace, whether or not under our walnut tree or our fig tree. The space The house is very spacious and bright with a large living room, equipped with an antique dining table (extendable to 12 people), a cozy salon and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the garden and terrace, as does the breakfast room, which is right next to it. On the ground floor, there is also the first bedroom with 1 single bed. On this ground floor, there is also a spacious bathroom with shower/bath and toilet. The entrance hall also provides access to another separate toilet. The first floor that can be reached via the stairs in the entrance hall provides 3 spacious rooms, including the master bedroom (+ TV), with a total of 6 beds and a spacious bathroom overlooking the beautiful garden and surrounding polders. The garage next to the house is equipped with a washing machine and lots of garden furniture. There are also 2 bicycles at your disposal. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house. A back entrance through our fenced 7000m² plot that is behind our garden and is also at your disposal, also gives access to our villa. Whether you like a beach vacation or rather peace and quiet, both are possible here and can even be combined. Children are more than welcome and will intensely enjoy the fantastic garden.
