Woodsy Silicon Valley Cottage

Discover a laid-back side of Silicon Valley in a cozy, cedar-shake guesthouse surrounded by mature trees. Walking distance from a great network of destination hiking and biking trails. 15-30 minutes from Stanford, Sand Hill Road, and major tech companies. This 400 square foot space is on top of our garage and next to our home. There is no public transportation nearby and ride share services are available but not always reliable so you'll need a car. The space This one room cottage is nestled in the trees and feels almost like a tree house. The ~400 square foot deck makes a great outdoor living room. Guest access Full access. One parking spot is available for guests on the driveway. Other things to note We are 10-15 minutes from the Alpine exit on 280. 5-10 minutes of the drive from the highway is a short but woodsy, winding drive up the base of the Santa Cruz mountains. At night the drive is very dark but we can give you good directions. Our garage is underneath this space.
