The cozy living room looks out onto the lake with TV and WIFI. It sleeps up to 7. It has a very nice screened in porch sitting area. It has a nice yard and bugs are minimal. We offer Stage 1 electric vehicle charging for an extra charge. We also offer kayak rentals for an extra charge. Ask for details. Guest access Upon renting you will have the whole cottage, parking, use of the yard, use of the beach (depending on water height) and use of the dock. The shed and mechanical door are not accessible. Other things to note Cottage is very accessible for handicap and elders. Parking is very close to the entrance. Entrance contains only two small steps into cottage. Cottage is one level.
