Welcome to our cozy cottage at the gateway to the mountain world! 70 sqm spread over two floors. Downstairs, there is a large hall, bathroom, open plan: living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Ski storage, parking included. Large balcony and green area nearby. 17 km to Åre. 4 km to Undersåker. Close to Edsåsdalen, Trillevallen, Vålådalen Only for guests over 25 years of age. Duvets, pillows are included but bedding and towels must be brought! The space Towels and sheets are not included but can be arranged for SEK 200/pp upon request depending on availability. Let us know at the time of booking if you need this. Basic goods included: soap, dish detergent, toilet and paper towels, basic goods in the kitchen (salt, oil, etc.). TV with basic selection and Chromecast. Sauna. Final cleaning is included in the cleaning. Guests' task before departure is only to: Remove the bed linens, shake and put the bed linens back. Wash the dishes, empty the dishwasher. Dispose of the garbage. Guest access Self check-in via key box with code. You have access to the whole house (apart from private equipment in some cabinets). Board games, books, toys to borrow. Other things to note Note! Steep staircase to the upper floor. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on both floors (by the fireplace and the master bedroom).
