Located in southern Ardèche, in the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc a few minutes from the "famous Pont d'Arc" and its magnificent gorges as well as from the restitution area of the Chauvet cave, very nice spacious and comfortable gite of 70 m2 (capacity of 6 people) classified 3 stars by an authorized body, air-conditioned with garden, parking. Close to all shops, restaurants, markets ... Possibility of many walks, hikes, visits, water activities (canoeing and swimming of course !!!!) It's made of: - living room, dining room - fully equipped American kitchen - 2 bedrooms (140 cm beds) - 1 cabin (bunk beds) - bathroom and wc - 20 m2 terrace (table and chairs), barbecue, awning Please note that sheets and towels are not provided, but can be hired. The deposit is 30% of the rental price. A deposit of 500 euros will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure (check for French or cash for foreigners) unless damaged. The cottage is NON SMOKING. Our animal friends are not allowed, thank you for your understanding. Cleaning in addition to 50 euros if agreed with the tenant.
