'View to The Blue' is a ground floor apartment in a converted Victorian house & delivers one of the best views in Kingswear! Sit & relax on the terrace & watch the comings & goings on the River Dart (boats in the marina, Paddle Steamer, passenger ferries & steam train). A few minutes walk to the ferries for the short hop over to Dartmouth. Perfect for the coastal path. Street parking a few minutes walk away or paid parking in the marina opposite. (Please note we are strictly a no pet property) The space View to the blue is exactly what it says. Located in the heart of Kingswear with amazing views of the River Dart, Dartmouth and the creek both from the deck and the comfort of the sofa on a rainy day. During the summer months there is sun on the side of the terrace in the morning and then it slowly fills the entire area and doesn't disappear behind Dartmouth until 8:45 in the evening. There is a spacious kitchen diner with a mother of pearl flecked work tops. The main living room gives you 'The view to The Blue' and the front door leads out to a lovely terrace with comfortable seating. You're raised up from the road with only the marina between you and the water. There is a large sofa, a king size bed with memory foam mattress and white cotton bed linen. The bathroom has a shower and 2 bath towels and hand towels, shampoo and shower gel. To get you started we also provide tea, coffee, sugar, oil, toilet roll, washing up liquid, hand wash, salt and pepper. We no longer provide milk as it was rarely used, however the local shop is just a five minute walk away. The apartment is raised up from the road so there is a path on an incline and 4 steps up to the deck and there are 3 steps from the front door up to the hallway and the bathroom is also split level, however the living room, bedroom and kitchen are on the level.
