Beach cottage "Pikkupirtti"
Description
100-year-old log cabin 50 m2 + granary on the shore of Lake Vesijärvi 5 km from the center of Kangasala. 3 beds, sofa bed for 2 (+small loft) and, if necessary, 2 beds in the barn. The cottage has municipal water, electricity, kitchen, TV, large sauna and compost toilet, and a good jetty on the beach. 200 m to the bus stop. There is sometimes a dog in the cabin, but the granary is free of animal dust. Your own peace and quiet and a clean lake. Good berry and mushroom forests nearby. There are quilts and pillows in the cottage. Sheets and towels for an additional fee of 15 EUR/person. The space The old log sauna cabin is atmospheric. The house is a few meters from the beach, so you can fall asleep to the lapping of the waves. The big lake is clean and algae-free. The beach is shallow, but not suitable for small children. Guest access Private cottage fully available and a barn if there are more guests. Clean compost toilet in the shed. Small yard and private dock. Parking space for 3 cars. Boat and life jackets available on request. Other things to note Your own sheets and towels. Sheets and towels are available for an additional fee of 15 euros/person. The renter may only invite guests by appointment - no toddlers and no parties. Heating the wood-burning stove takes four hours and the host will heat it on the agreed day. There is enough heat in the stove for 12 hours, so you can still sauna in the morning. Heating 2 times/year - not on consecutive days. Additional heating 30€. The cleaning fee of 30€ includes sauna washing, surface cleaning and disinfection, and toilet emptying. As with a normal cottage rental, the tenant leaves the cottage in the same clean condition as it was when arriving (dishes, etc.), sweeps the floors, dusts the carpets and takes the garbage to the roadside garbage bins. All goods and food brought to the cottage are taken away. Not for those under 25 or for parties.
