Rustic Villa close to Puerto Pollensa’s beaches!

Villa Petit Xica welcomes up to 8 guests, located between the old town of Pollensa and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa! Relax and recuperate in this scenic farmhouse, complete with a refreshing private pool (8m x 4m, with a depth from 0,8m to 1,8m), an outdoor lounge area of sofas surrounded by Roman columns, and a shaded patio where you can snack on grilled delights prepared on the stone barbecue. Venture inside the two-story villa to find classical rustic decor including exposed wooden beamed ceilings. Rest on the lush white sofas in the living room, or gather at the dining table for home-cooked meals prepared in your fully outfitted kitchen. Two guests can sleep in the ground-floor bedroom in two single beds, plus a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, two more bedrooms with two single beds each and an ensuite bathroom each share a balcony with views of the countryside. There is also a double bedroom which has a full bathroom (Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower cubicle). Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed. From Villa Petit Xica, it's a short drive to local amenities and sights, including the following: Pollença (4.5km), Puerto Pollença (4.4km), Cala St. Vicente (4.7km), beach (5.6km), supermarket (3.1km), restaurants (4.5km), and a golf course (7.7km).
