Practical, confortable and homely rural house on a small and quiet village by the mountains. No more than 100 residents but a groceries and 2 restaurats. Fully equipted house: heating, fireplace and bbq! Close to Madrid, ski resort and bath area! The space La Cochera de Don Paco is a newly built house in Segovia province, at an hour and a half drive from Madrid. It is so called as it rises where once my grandfather kept his vintage car the vet in the area, Don Paco. It can accommodate 4-6 people in two bedrooms: a double bed one and a two single beds one. The lounge also has a sofa-bed for two people as auxiliary. The living room has a fireplace casset and a solid wood table for six. The TV, DVD and radio are hidden inside one of the furniture of the room.The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. They have all kind of facilities such as hob, oven, microwave, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric juicer. The outdoor deck, half covered and half outdoors, has outside teka wood fornituire and a barbecue where you can roast the typical lamb chops from the land.
