Bedroom: A double bed with backrest (190 x 160 cm) with a high-density foam mattress, two bedside tables with lamps, a large closet, hot/cold air conditioning and a 32" TV with cable signal. Living room: It has a two-seater armchair, a 42" smart TV with cable signal. A table with chairs for 6 people. It has a hot/cold air conditioner and a window with access to the balcony. Desk space with chair and nightstand. Bathroom: It has a vanity with a sink, bathtub, toilet and bidet. Linen included: Set of towels, sheets and amenities. Hair dryer. Kitchen: All essential appliances: refrigerator, freezer, gas oven with burners, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, set of pots, pans, complete dishes, utensils, cutlery and sink. It has a washing machine and clothesline. Balcony: The balcony is accessed through the living room, it is spacious and also generates light in the bedroom. Guest access The building has: - An outdoor pool: It is exclusively for guests. No one who is not staying in the apartment is allowed to enter. For stays longer than 14 nights, a thorough cleaning with a change of linens will be carried out in the apartment. The payment of the service will be charged to the guest to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and trusted staff. For monthly stays, a MANDATORY cleaning service will be carried out in the apartment with a change of linens every 14 nights.
