Traditional pretty cottage with Shepherds Hut

A spacious living room with a log burner within an inglenook fireplace. Kitchen with table to seat 6 and downstairs loo. 2 double bedrooms, 1 bunk bed room, 1 single bedroom and bathroom. Shepherds Hut with a double bed and log burner. Enclosed cottage garden and private off road parking for two cars. The space Rose Cottage is a beautiful, traditional brick and flint cottage with lots of character being a cosy retreat to go back to after a long walk on the beach. Sitting room A spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful inglenook fireplace and log burner, cosy sofas and an armchair to seat 6. It has a TV, DVD player, a Sonos music system and a cupboard filled with games for children. Kitchen This comprises of a fully fitted cupboards, a dishwasher a washing machine and underfloor heating and a pine kitchen table with seating for 6. Downstairs loo. Please note the stairs from the sitting room go up to the 1st and 2nd floor. These stairs are steep but do have a hand rail. First floor Main bedroom This is a pretty room with an iron double bed, plenty of cupboard space and a window seat. Bunk bed room This is a cosy room ideal for children with a chest of drawers. Bathroom This room has a bath, shower, sink and loo. Second floor Bedroom This has a single bed, a sink and a chest of drawers. Bedroom This has a double bed which is accessed from the single bedroom and a chest of drawers. Shepherds Hut We now have a beautiful Shepherds Hut in the garden which has a double bed and a wood burner, perfect for 2 extra guests or teenagers. The cottage garden is fully enclosed with a lawn area and seating at the back. There is a gravel drive which can accommodate 2 cars. Guest access The cottage is accessed through the front door which enters straight into the sitting room. To get to the upstairs there is a door to the right of the inglenook fireplace which takes you up a fairly steep staircase and another similar staircase which takes you to the second floor. There is a lovely cottage garden to enjoy with gravelled area, a table and chairs which you can access from the back door so you can enjoy the stunning view over the fields. We have a fenced area to park two cars and a shepherds hut with accommodation. Other things to note The shower is quite low. The stairs are quite steep, there is a door to the stairs which if shut only opens from the sitting room not the stairs. The shepherds hut does not have any bathroom facillities. Black and green bins alternate and are collected on Monday morning. Please put the bin out on the road on Sunday night as they go early!
