70m2/3 bedroom Villa 25 m2 Sauna with 1 bed room. 25m2 Guest house for 4 pers., 1 bedroom. - can be agreed upon separately. 8-12 persons can spend a week here at the private rocky beach facing west, which means evening sun and a wonderful sun set both on the terass at the sauna and at the main house. 70 m2 terrace. The island is 15 km from Hanko on an island (26 hectares) on the northern side of the Hanko peninsula, 15 km from Hanko. The sea passage is 1 km with a 4.5 m long motor boat. The space Parking reserved at the main land near the deck where the motor boat is waiting. The lanlord, Fredrik, will bring you over the first time with the boat and show you around and introduce the facilities and also be there when you leave. You will have to be able to use the motor boat your self as well. The place is really private with no neighbours near the house. Only 5 other summer houses on the whole island and 2/3 of the island is a natural area where you can treck. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Finnish archipelago at its best. Guest access Both the main house for 6 persons and the sauna with a bedroom for 2 persons are available for the guest. There is an extra guest house for 4 persons that can be agreed upon separately.
