The structure is a portion of an old Leopoldina, a typical building of this area, the Val di Chiana, and dates back to 1700. Thanks to a careful restoration aimed at preserving the typical style of the structure, the owners have created a welcoming environment, cozy and full of charm, with a large outdoor area and well thought interiors with all the necessary amenities for your use in order to make your holiday unforgettable. The accommodation consists of a main building and an annex and can accommodate up to 8 people, 6 in the main house of the Leopoldina portion (180 sq m) and 2 in the annex (50 square meters). Outside you have a beautiful gazebo and a comfortable stone barbecue at your disposal ideal for al fresco dining. The pool area is particularly nice and spacious and is equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor solar shower. The pool, fully exposed to the sun gate throughout the day (4 x 8 meters, depth 1.20 meters - open from 15 April to 30 September) has an access gate and is completely fenced.
