A nice, comfortable & spacious house with a garden that's close to the action. 15 minutes from Liverpool City Centre and 5 minutes to a sandy beach with the best view of the Liverpool skyline. Eve mattresses throughout as we value a good night's sleep! Great amenities closeby inc: shops, bakery, butcher, pubs/bars, restaurants, vintage shops & funfair. The space Sandrock is a space to really make your own! And space is what you get, an abundance of it!! This house is steeped in history but is also a house of fun. It doesn't take itself seriously and neither should the guests that stay here. This house oozes character and can even be a bit of a maze due to its unique layout that provides ultimate privacy. Sandrock has been brought into this century with decor and consideration for you as guests whilst keeping the charm that makes Sandrock what it is. There are very high ceilings and very large rooms. The social space is perfect for any situation be that a film night in the living room, drinks in the garden on a warm evening or dining followed by games in the dining room. Guests love the size of this house, it's a 5-bed house over 3 floors. You can really enjoy the amount of space you have. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower, loo & sink. Plus there's an additional wc. The social space is very unique in this area. We have a large dining room that looks out onto the garden that's great for socialising in the sun. Especially around our new rustic table made from scaffold, wooden beams and industrial pipes. The house is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has everything from a filter coffee maker to French press and kettle, to a microwave, and slow cooker. There is an array of tea bags and coffee beans. When it comes to cooking we have a top of the range double oven with 4 hobs. A selection of oils, sauces and seasonings. We don't like waste at Sandrock and try to be as eco as possible. Therefore, we have one cupboard dedicated to leftovers as gifts from us hosts and from guest to guest. Everyone who stays here comments on how great they sleep on the Eve mattresses and with the luxury linen. With a lovely garden for socialising and a big dining room and table that fits the whole group around. We have a selection of games for children and adults. Huge TV Speaker for Bluetooth or Aux connection. We will accommodate the number of guests that book. For example, if two people book then one bedroom will be available. Guest access The whole place is yours alone for the duration of your stay. We may need to enter to ensure a good service but we'll be in contact with you if this is the case.
