It is located 450 m from the quiet village of Baden and a few minutes from the coastal trails and beaches of the Gulf. It is a small new vacation home for 4 people of 49 m², which consists of: a ground floor, a living room, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, independent toilet, washing machine, TV with TNT reception 23 channels, free unlimited Wi-Fi. You will have all the necessary dishes for 4 people. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 140 cm and the other with 1 bed of 90 cm + 1 pull-out bed of 90 cm. A 140 cm sofa bed is on the ground floor. The coastal trails are 900 m away and the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan are 3 km away, including the beach of the 7 islands.
