Single bedroom with own access. Looking out over lovely garden and countryside views. Bedroom has small double bed, desk, chair TV and cupboards/hangers. Kitchenette/cooking facilities/small fridge, Shower 750mm² ,toilet, sink. Off-road parking. Situated on small-holding with horses, chickens, ducks, and 2 outdoor cats. Shed for bicycle storage, etc. Absolutely no smokers allowed. Private sewage system, nothing to go down the loo apart from the obvious, NO WIPES ! Private sewer system. Garden The space Although the bedroom says with bathroom, it is in fact a shower and its a cubicle size 750mm² so not huge. Shower room only has a heated towel rail and is not very warm in winter. If you need a very warm shower room don’t book this place. Bedroom has electric heating. All pure cotton bedlinen. Towels provided. Your Kitchenette facilities include small fridge, double hob/mini oven, microwave, airfryer, toaster and kettle. Cutlery, crockery etc provided. Lovely area and village pubs 1 mile away in the local villages of Grandborough or Willoughby. You need a car if you live here. Safe off road parking. Bicycles can be lent by arrangement. Rugby Station and Birmingham Airport lifts can be arranged. Wifi. TV with freeview. Single occupancy. Guest access You have your own private room with own key access. Adjacent shower room with toilet/sink. Own catering/cooking facilities. Offroad parking, shared garden. During your stay Possible lifts to and from Station or Birmingham Airport, cost by arrangement. Laundry by arrangement. Possible short term horse livery stable/grazing etc. Space for horse box/ trailer parking if visiting Onley Equestrian Centre. Large timber shed available for safe storage, bicycles etc. I can speak basic Spanish. Other things to note Chickens cluck and ducks quack, horses neigh, but room is double glazed so you should not be disturbed by this. Wifi, which is not super fast. Shower cubicle 750mm² so not suitable for very large people. Nothing to go down the loo apart from the obvious. NO WIPES !! private sewerage system.
