The house itself sits on 10 acres of private land. Too many people are stuck with the day-to-day hustles of work, so make Little Creek Ranch your destination for a home-away-from-home feel! The space Little Creek Ranch sits on more than 10 acres of land. There is a petting farm where your kids can feed the animals as well. There are ducks, chickens, goats, donkeys, and cows. There is a 24/7 maintenance man that is on premise if you need any help as well. He will provide pellets to feed the animals! If you decide to bring your pets, please be sure to not allow them on the furniture or carpet. The house itself has an open floor plan for good family time and deserved time away from the city! These amenities include large marble and stainless steel-based kitchen with multiple beds and baths with essentials for the guests. There are a few common areas including a workspace with internet connection, a large poker table with provided poker chips and 2 decks of cards, a breakfast area that seats close to 10 people, and a living room. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom with an included spa and shower with 2 separate basins for him and her. There is also an attached covered car port with the ability to fit at least 2 cars easily! Besides the covered port, there are multiple areas for parking. The cove provides great fishing as it is a haven for spawning fish, especially bass and catfish. On some early mornings and evenings, you will see schools of catfish nested around tree roots at the cove. Usually there are many schools of shad and other baitfish running at the surface which provides abundant fishing from the dock! If you want to take your own boat, there is a private boat ramp on the property. Don’t waste your time at another vacation spot when you can enjoy pure bliss at Little Creek Ranch! Guest access 10 acres is accessible plus the main house. Other things to note The entire 10+ acres is for your private use. You have your own private boat ramp and pier. The property will only be handed over to the registered guests with valid ID. Contract needs to be signed as well.
