Well-equipped kitchen with a small dining area for 2-3 people, in the living room for 4 people. The living room has a sofa bed of 160 cm x 200 cm and shutters that darken very well. The bedroom has a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, also with external shutters. The bathroom with bathtub under the sloping roof invites you to relax. All rooms are very well lit and - except for the bathroom and kitchen - equipped with high-quality carpets. There is another small room that can be used as a walk-in closet, storage room or as a cozy sitting area (futon sofa)! There are also 2 mattresses that you can put on the floor. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a quiet multi-generational house. Since the stairs are a bit steeper in the last section, we recommend it for children from 4 years. On the same property is our cozy and original holiday cottage 'Casa Loft' for max. 8 people. This means that you can also come with 12 people, stay in 2 different areas (Casa Loft - and if free at the same time - in LaMansarda) and be together in the cottage and on the terrace. Ideal for quiet family celebrations, bachelor parties, meetings with friends. In the beautiful front garden there is a fountain where you can sit down. Weiherhof train station (15 min to Fürth by train) and the forest are only a 4-minute walk away. The bus stop "Weiherhof Ost" is right next to our property. Super connection to the southwest bypass to Nuremberg (15 km), to the trade fair (22 km) about 25 min depending on traffic). Very nice area with forest and field nearby for jogging, cycling, walking, forest playground, many other playgrounds, climbing forest, wild boar enclosure, observation tower "Alte Veste", castle "Cadolzburg", delicious ice cream parlors, Nuremberg, zoo, many museums, transport museum, German National Museum and much more.
